ROLE_DTSS_DT_SUBSCRIPTION_MANAGER Access permissions

The ROLE_DTSS_DT_SUBSCRIPTION_MANAGER system role grants tenant-scoped access for DTSS subscription management on a specific data tenant (DT). Assign this role on the dataTenantId that the user is approved to use as the source tenant for DTSS subscriptions.
This role represents the DT-side permission for subscription creation. It allows a user to create a DTSS subscription from the assigned data tenant only when the same user also has the matching CT-side subscription permission for the requested customer tenant.
