Launch the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package

Learn how to launch the Reltio Integration for Salesforce after installation.

To launch the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package you must first install the connector and configure remote site settings. For more information, see topics Install the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package to enable SBC and Configure remote site settings for Salesforce managed package.

Complete these tasks once you have installed the Salesforce managed package.

To launch the connector:

Open the App launcher.
Select Reltio Integration for Salesforce.
Select the Control Panel tab.
Select the +NEW option.
Specify the objects, endpoints and security codes.
In the Input fields section, select the fields from the list of available fields.
Select Test. You will see the configured object in the Search Objects tab.
Go to Setup > Object Manager.
Select the newly added object.
From the left pane, select Buttons, Links, and Actions.
Override the New button. For example, for the Lightning Component Override and the Mobile Override in the Lightning component dropdown, select rihsbc:SbcObjectFormComponent.
Open the object and select New (for Admin User).
Enter details in the fields and select Search to search for an existing record.
If the account already exists, you will see the record details.
Select Preview to preview the record.
Select Import to import the record into Salesforce.
