Configure remote site settings for Salesforce managed package

Learn how to configure remote settings for Salesforce.

Make sure you have installed the Reltio Integration for Salesforce connector in your environment. For more information, see topic Install the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package to enable SBC.

To configure remote site settings:

In the Salesforce Org, select Setup > Security > Remote Site settings.
In the Uniform Resource Identifier field, add the URI for the configuration. For example, add the URI for Workato, which would be https://apim.workato.com.
Give access to the URIs.
Select Save.
Note: If you are an administrator and you want to set permissions for non-admin users, go to User > Permissions > Set Assignment > Edit Assignments. Select the RIH SBC Other Users option and save the changes.
