Install the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package to enable SBC

Learn how to install the Salesforce managed package of the Salesforce connector.

To be able to use the Search Before Create functionality, you must install the Salesforce managed package.

Before you install the Salesforce managed package, ensure you have the following:

Create a Trailblazer account. You need this to download managed packages from the Saleforce AppExchange.
Login credentials for Salesforce.

As an administrator, ensure you have access to the Salesforce AppExchange. You may access Salesforce AppExchange:

From the Setup in your organization, search for AppExhange and open the AppExchange Marketplace.
From the App Launcher, select the Visit AppExchange link from the top right corner of the page.

To install Salesforce Connector:

In the AppExchange Marketplace page, select Go to AppExchange link.
Select Go to AppExchange.
In the AppExchange page, select Log In to log into your Trailblazer account.
In the dialog box displayed, select Continue with Salesforce.

You are logged in using the Trailblazer account credentials.
In the AppExchange page, in the Search box, type Reltio Integration for Salesforce.
From the list displayed, select Reltio Integration for Salesforce.
Select Get It Now.
Select Allow to allow AppExchange to access the Salesforce URL.
In the Where do you want to install this package dialog box, in the Connected Salesforce Accounts field, select the environment where the package is to be installed.

Note: We recommend you test the package in a sandbox environment before you install it in your production environment. Select Install in Sandbox to test the package.
In the Confirm Installation Details page, select Confirm and Install to install the package.
Enter your Salesforce login credentials. You are prompted to select the installation type.
Select the Install for Admins Only option.
In the prompts displayed, complete the installation of Reltio Integration for Salesforce.

Note: This option deploys the package into the Salesforce organization and enables you to proceed with the configuration of the connector.

Once you are done with the installation, configure remote settings for your environment. For more information, see topic Configure remote site settings for Salesforce managed package. After configuring the remote site settings, launch the Reltio Integration for Salesforce. For more information, see topic Launch the Reltio Integration for Salesforce managed package.
