Unstructured Data Studio is a standalone solution that enables users to ingest, process, and extract insights from unstructured content such as PDFs. It intelligently identifies entities and enriches records in target systems ( example: Reltio profiles) without needing much manual intervention.

Who is it for?

This feature is designed for data stewards, configurators, solution architects, and data product owners who want to automate document analysis, reduce manual enrichment, or surface hidden insights from text-based content.

To use this feature, you must be assigned the ROLE_ADMIN_UDS role and access provided to the Unstructured Data Studio Tenant ID. If you don't have access, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or raise a support ticket to request role assignment.

Why would I use it?

Most enterprise data lives outside traditional databases — in contracts, approvals, support tickets, and so on. Unstructured Data Studio helps you unify these sources with your master data to drive better decision-making, improve segmentation, and enable AI agents to work with complete context.

When and where would I use it?

Use Unstructured Data Studio when you need to process unstructured documents for use cases like legal entity onboarding, regulatory submissions, or customer feedback analysis. You can set up scheduled workflows to process multiple documents or execute single document on demand.

Here's what it involves:

• Entity recognition: Unstructured Data Studio identifies profiles from the source document, and pushes the data to downstream systems.

• Workflows: A document processing workflow is a reusable, no-code pipeline that defines where documents come from, how they are processed, and where the extracted information is stored. Workflows let you schedule batch jobs or run on-demand ingestion from sources like Google Drive or AWS S3.

• Prompt library: Prompts are templates that guide how AI models interpret documents during processing.
