Unstructured Data Studio dashboard

Learn about the main dashboard in Unstructured Data Studio, including each panel and its role in helping you monitor document processing.

The Dashboard is the landing page of Unstructured Data Studio. The Unstructured Studio dashboard provides a high-level summary of document processing activity and system health. It's designed to help users monitor performance, recent events, and service configuration at a glance.

Here's a sample dashboard:

The left navigation pane has the following options:

  • Workflows

  • Search documents

  • view prompt library

  • view processing history

  • configure the Sources/Destinations and LLM settings

The following table lists the facets available in the Dashboard:

Total documents

Indicates the number of documents processed or queued

Processing queue

Indicates the number of documents waiting for extraction

Success rate

Indicates the percentage of successful jobs

Average process time

Indicates the average time taken per document

Recent activity

Indicates the most recent document jobs and their statuses. Each entry lists:
  • the job ID
  • the timestamp. For example, 5 days ago.

  • the user who triggered the job

  • the job status. For example, success.

Select the View All Activity option to view the complete processing history.

System status

Indicates the health of the following backend components and processing services:
  • API services - the backend service and database connectivity (green = online)

  • Document processing - the number of active jobs. Also shows if the processor is idle or running.

  • Storage and database - the health of internal storage and persistence layers

Configuration

Shows the state of your external integration. The following list provides systems that are currently supported for external integration:
  • Google drive (For input as source): Active OAuth-based connections for ingesting documents

  • AWS S3 (For input as source): Configuration for reading from S3 buckets

  • Reltio (For output as target/destination): Tenant credentials used to write extracted data
