On Demand

The on-demand buttons allow business users with the appropriate permissions to enrich Organization profiles on-demand. They are located in the Organization entityType side panel and are visible to users having the assigned role ROLE_DNB_CONNECTOR.

On-demand button usage is not required when using Real-Time.

On-demand button usage may be required when only using Batch.

On-demand button usage is not required when using Monitoring unless only a subset of Organization data is being monitored and a scenario occurs when a business user needs to enrich a profile that is not being monitored.

Get Match

Find the best D&B Match for a given Reltio profile based on the following attribution: Name, Address, Email, Phone, Website URL and Tax ID. Use this button when you don’t have a DUNS number for a record.

A Potential Match will be created for review prior to merging. If an Automatic Match is desired, the doNotMerge parameter can be changed to false in the UI configuration for the Organization entityType.

This button leverages the Real-Time API in RIH. The API parameters for this button are:

• doNotMerge=true
• dataBlocks=companyinfo_L3_v1,diversityinsight_L1_v1

Get Company Details

Populate Company Information and Diversity Insights based on the DUNS Number. Use this button when you already have a DUNS number for a record and want to obtain the latest D&B data for this record.

Either a Potential Match or Auto Merge will be created based on the confidence code value set in the properties.

This button leverages the Real-Time API in RIH. The parameters for this button are:

• doNotMerge=false
• dataBlocks=companyinfo_L3_v1,diversityinsight_L1_v1

Get Company Hierarchy and Contacts

Populate Organization Hierarchy and Principal Contact Information based on the DUNS Number. Use this button when you already have a DUNS number for a record.

In the case when Hierarchy data is not available for the record, then Principal Contact won’t be populated. When dealing with multiple profiles that have the same DUNS number then only one profile will be allowed to have a hierarchy and contact info added. If Get Company Hierarchy and Contacts is used and if Hierarchy and Contacts already exist for the original record, then the Data Provider Verification Details attribute will be populated. For the non-original records this process with fail.

Real-Time, Batch and Monitoring

Due to the programmatic nature of these modes of enrichment, they do not require any user input or interaction.
