Mode-specific configuration
Learn about the specific configuration items needed for real-time, batch, on-demand, and monitoring modes.
We don't recommended using Batch with Real-Time on an on-going basis.
The recommendation is to use Batch after the initial data load into Reltio then either: disabling it and using R/T on an on-going basis or sticking with periodic batch processing - depending on business requirements.
Monitoring can be enabled with both modes and is more of a D&B 'push' method vs using Real-Time, Batch or On-Demand 'pull' flows.
On-Demand
For on-demand mode, ensure the following configurations are in place:
- UI Buttons
- Ensure that the UI buttons for triggering on-demand enrichment are configured and enabled.
Real-Time
For real-time mode, ensure the following configurations are in place:
- SQS Queue
- Configure a dedicated SQS queue for real-time enrichment.
Batch
For batch mode, ensure the following configurations are in place:
- Batch Recipes
- Enable and configure batch processing recipes as needed.
Monitoring
For monitoring mode, ensure the following configurations are in place:
- Monitoring Recipes
- Enable and configure monitoring recipes to track data changes and updates.
