Reltio does not delete the deactivated 340B entities from the Data Tenant.

Participating Start Date, Term Date, and Termination Codes are stored in the nested attribute Participation Dates, under the 340B nest. Whenever any change is made to these dates, a new nest is created to track the 340B Participation Dates.
