Reltio uses the incremental method for loading records from the source file to the 340B Data Tenant.

The incremental load method reads only those records that are not already read and loaded into the 340B Data Tenant, since the last load. The column Last_Update_Date specified in the 340B source file is used to manage the incremental load method.
