Ensure that you inform the respective users about the reset and provide the instructions on how to set up MFA again.
You may need to reset your MFA configuration in certain instances, such as when losing access to your authenticatior device or need to update their MFA settings. This section provides detailed steps for administrators to reset a your MFA configuration in the Reltio platform.
Note: This is applicable only if you've enrolled in app-based MFA and configured an authenticator app on your mobile devices. You cannot reset MFA configuration for email-based MFA users.
Access the Reltio Console using your administrator credentials.
In User Management, select Users.
Hover over the user's corresponding row and select Reset MFA configuration.
Note: Any action to reset the MFA configuration is logged in the Security Audit Log for auditing and compliance purposes.
