Sign in to Reltio Context Intelligence Platform
Learn how to sign in to Reltio Context Intelligence Platform.
Sign in to Reltio Context Intelligence Platform to access your tenant's data and applications. The authentication model for your tenants is specified in the Welcome to Reltio email you received when your organization was provisioned:

Single authentication environment: Your Development, Test, and Production tenants share one sign-in environment.

Staged authentication environments: Your Development, Test, and Production tenants use separate authentication environments.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, confirm that you have the Reltio tenant URL and Username from your Welcome to Reltio email.
If you didn't receive this email when you registered as a Reltio user, or you don't have an account, contact Reltio Support.
- Enter your Tenant ID.
The Sign In page appears. - On the Sign In page, enter the following details:

Username or email address: Enter the user name provided in your email.

Password: Enter the password that you created.
If you do not recall your password, you can reset it. For more information, see topic Reset your password.

- Enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Enter your tenant ID.
Your tenant ID determines which environment — Development (DEV), Test (TEST), or Production (PROD) — you sign in to. After you sign in, you can switch between tenants only within that environment; for example, if you sign in with a TEST tenant, DEV and PROD tenants are not available in that session. To access a tenant in another environment, sign out and sign in again with the required tenant ID."
The Sign In page appears.
- On the Sign In page, enter the following details:

Username or email address: Enter the user name provided in your email.

Password: Enter the password that you created.
If you do not recall your password, you can reset it. For more information, see topic Reset your password.
The sign-in page displays the environment associated with your tenant; for example, Test. This helps you confirm which environment you are signing in to.

- Select Sign in.The 2-Step Verification page appears.
Result
You sign in successfully, and the Hub for your tenant appears. From the Hub, access the Reltio applications provisioned for your tenant.
