The Reltio Context Intelligence Platform unifies fragmented data from your source systems into trusted, connected profiles, and makes that data available to the people, workflows, and AI initiatives that depend on it.
Access the platform
When your Reltio environment is provisioned, you receive an email with the tenant ID and credentials you need to sign in. If you don't have this information, contact Reltio Support.
Access the platform through the following methods.
| Access method | Description |

| Web browser | Use the applications in a web browser on a computer or mobile device. Google Chrome is the recommended browser. For the complete list of browsers, see Recommended Browsers. |
| REST APIs | Access platform capabilities programmatically using Reltio REST APIs. For example, authenticate users, manage entities, or load data. |
Platform components
The Reltio Context Intelligence Platform is organized around three components: products, tenants, and applications.

| Products | The Reltio products provisioned for your organization, such as Reltio Multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) or Reltio Intelligent 360. |
| Tenants | The container for your organization's data and configuration. Organizations commonly maintain separate tenants for Development (DEV), Testing (TEST), and Production (PROD). |
| Applications | The interfaces you use to view, manage, and configure your tenant data; for example, Console and Hub |
