Integration Hub set up

Learn how to set up Reltio Integration Hub.

To use the features provided by Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), you need only these two things:
  1. A Reltio Integration Hub account associated with each of your tenants, provisioned by Reltio
  2. One of these two Reltio system roles to access RIH, assigned by your tenant administrator:
    • ROLE_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST
    • ROLE_INTEGRATION_CUSTOMER_ADMIN
Note: The permissions of these roles are controlled from the Reltio Integration Hub account and inherited by the customer sub accounts.

A customer administrator assigns roles to other users in the User Management application in Console. Reltio recommends assigning only one role to a user. For more information, see Creating a New User Account.

RIH access permissions

The navigation menu available in Reltio Integration Hub depends on the role and permissions configured for the role assigned to you. This table lists the permissions defined for these roles.

Enable detailed logging for recipes

With RIH Logs, monitor and troubleshoot the recipes in a centralized manner. Use the Logger by Workato Connector to design recipes that can generate logs for different levels such as, Info, Warning, and Error.

For instructions on enabling logging using Logger by Workato, see Add log entry with Logger by Workato in the Workato recipe design documentation.

For details of the logging capability and the Logger service, see Workato Logging Service use cases in the Workato recipe design documentation.
