View Groupkey based interactions

Learn how grouped interactions are displayed, how the latest version is highlighted, and how to access the full audit history.

When GroupKey based interaction updates are enabled for a classified interaction type, the Interactions tab on a profile displays a simplified list where each row represents the most recent interaction for a unique GroupKey value (for example, a Booking ID or Case ID). This reduces clutter and improves readability without losing historical visibility. For more information about grouped interactions, see topics Append interactions using Groupkeys and Create an Interaction type.

To view interactions based on group keys:

  1. In the Hub, search and select an entity whose interactions you want to view.

  2. In the Profile view, select the Interactions tab.

This tab lists all interactions for the selected profile. Since the interactions are based on a group key, the list displays only the latest interaction per GroupKey. Interactions are sorted by timestamp (most recent first). Each entry displays summary details like status, type, participants, and last updated time.

  3. From the dropdown, select an interaction type to view related interactions.
  4. Select the Filter icon to filter interactions for a specified period or a specified interaction type.
  5. Select the Log icon available next to each interaction.

View the full version history for the selected interaction. Earlier versions are listed with their timestamp along with the details of attribute values added, removed, or modified.
