How zero-copy integration works

Zero-copy integration is a capability that allows Reltio to access and query external datasets, such as transactions or events, without copying them into the platform. Instead of relying on traditional data loading or ETL pipelines, Reltio sends real-time, filtered queries to an external data source and federates the results into Reltio Intelligent 360^TM experiences. This approach ensures freshness, governance, and cost efficiency by avoiding data duplication.

Supported cloud data warehouses

Reltio zero-copy integration works with supported cloud data warehouses to access interaction and transaction data without copying it into Reltio.

After configuring a supported cloud data warehouse, view mapped interaction and transaction data in the Interactions perspective in Reltio Hub. For warehouses that support segmentation, use Create a segment, Refresh a segment with a batch process, and Work with segments to create, evaluate, and manage segments.
