SAS token expiry alerts for Reltio Data Pipelines
Learn about email and in-app notifications for expiring or expired Azure staging SAS tokens used by Reltio Data Pipelines.
Reltio Data Pipelines use SAS tokens to authenticate and access Azure staging storage during data delivery. This authentication method applies to the Reltio Data Pipelines for Snowflake (Staging Pipeline) and Databricks when configured with Azure staging storage. Each SAS token has an expiration date defined when it is created.
When a staging SAS token expires, the affected Data Pipeline fails to write data to the staging storage, interrupting data delivery. Reltio notifies configured recipients 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the token expires. Replace the token before it expires to prevent an interruption or after it expires to restore writing data to the staging storage.

- Reltio Data Pipeline for Snowflake (Staging Pipeline) on Azure
- Reltio Data Pipeline for Databricks on Azure
Notification delivery and recipients
Reltio delivers SAS token expiry notifications by email and displays them as in-app notifications in the Reltio Console and Hub.
SAS-token expiration notifications do not have default recipients. To receive these notifications, configure recipients in .
In Notification services, select the Edit icon for Staging SAS Token for Data Pipeline, and then select recipients under Who will receive the notification.
Update an expiring or expired staging SAS token
An expired staging SAS token interrupts access to Azure staging storage and disrupts data delivery. Follow Update an expiring or expired staging SAS token to create a new token, store the updated value, and validate connectivity.
