RIA, our generative AI assistant, continues to improve. Now, when you ask follow-up questions, RIA provides contextual responses according to the ongoing conversation.

Conversation history

No need to wrack your brain to remember what questions you asked RIA before. Check the Conversation History panel for questions you asked:

Help RIA to help you better. Give a thumbs up

Table view

Wonder no more about the organization and representation of the responses RIA gives you. Now RIA presents responses to your queries in a table rather than a list.

Collaborative Profile Creation

So, did you create profiles using the Collaborative Profile Creation feature that we released earlier this year? Liked it? Well, we're making it available across all tenants with these new enhancements:

Authoring workflow: When you suggest changes in a profile, the new Authoring workflow is created, instead of the standard Data Change Request (DCR). The Authoring workflow enables you to filter and view tasks related to profiles created using the Collaborative Profile Creation wizard. If you are worried about implementing a whole new workflow, fret not. You can customize this workflow to suit your processes without impacting your current DCR process.
Restrict access to each step in the wizard: Only authorized users can view a step. In your UI configuration file, specify the roles that can access a step.

Conditional attribute views

When selecting an attribute value in the Profile view, did you sometimes think it would easier if attributes related to the selected value popped up immediately? Well, that's what the conditional attributes view does for you. In the Data Modeler, use the new Conditions tab to add conditions for a control attribute. Select a list of attributes to be displayed when a control attribute value is selected in the Profile view.

To enhance security, audit, and compliance, Reltio continuous to improve our dedicated API endpoint for accessing and filtering Security Audit Logs. This feature provides comprehensive logs for user login/logout, user and role management activities, ensuring you have visibility into crucial security events. Now, you can make more specific filters by failed logins or user lock status.

We are excited to announce the launch of Reltio Business Critical Edition, designed to provide enhanced security, compliance, higher uptime, and performance for your mission-critical data management needs.

What's Included?

Enhanced data recovery and higher uptime

Achieve a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of less than or equal to 1 hour and a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of less than or equal to 1 minute. The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of less than 1 minute applies solely to data at rest. This does not cover data in transit, as external data transfer processes are beyond Reltio's control.

We replaced the lengthy manual process for configuring the Reltio data pipelines for Databricks (available only in AWS and Azure) by adding it to our streamlined self-service Console Cloud data warehouse pipelines. Use the Console to simplify the configuration, troubleshooting, and validation steps.

Get a head start on unifying and managing your market segment data with these new velocity packs.

Reltio Entity Resolution for Individual

Expedite data loading and leverage key attributes for matching with this velocity pack's preconfigured data model, match rules, and consolidation logic for Individual entities. Get the essential components necessary for entity resolution, eliminating the need to set up survivorship rules, validation rules, or load extensive sets of attributes.

We improved the UI by giving you an updated dashboard, which is now the default view when you log into Entity Resolution for Individual. We also enabled the Bulk Update feature, so you can now delete and update records in bulk.

We've extended the contents of this preconfigured data model to provide:

A new SourceIdentifiers nested attribute and updated SourceName and SourceID as sub attributes
Under Address, replaced the PostalCode nested attribute with simple attributes for PostalCode, Zip5, and Zip4.
Added the Gender attribute.
Updated the SSN attribute type from Number to String.
