Reltio assigns an authentication model to your organization when your tenants are provisioned. To confirm which model applies to your tenants, check the Welcome to Reltio email you received when your organization was provisioned. Your organization is assigned one of the following authentication models:

• Single authentication environment: Your Development, Test, and Production tenants share one sign-in environment. The tenants remain separate, but you can access all tenants from the same session. Additional tenants you provision continue to use this model.

• Staged authentication environments: Your Development, Test, and Production tenants use separate authentication environments. The tenant ID you sign in with determines whether your session belongs to Development, Test, or Production. The sign-in page displays the environment associated with your tenant, so you can confirm which environment you're signing in to.

The authentication model determines which tenants are available in your session. It does not affect the data or configuration in your tenants, as tenants remain separate in both models.

Environments and tenant switching

Reltio tenants are grouped into Development (DEV), Test (TEST), and Production (PROD) environments. The authentication model your organization uses determines which tenants are available in your session.
