Members perspective

Search and filter entities in the Members screen

Learn how to search and filter group members using keywords and advanced search in the Members screen.

Prerequisites

Ensure that:
  • Grouping types are enabled in your tenant.
  • The current entity must be a valid group entity. For more information, see topic Members perspective.
  • You must have access to the Members screen in the Reltio UI.
To search and filter member entities in the Members screen:
  1. In the Hub, select the entity that is configured as a group.
  2. In the Profile view, select the Members tab. You will see a list of entities that belong to the group entity.
  3. In the Search bar above the table, begin typing a keyword. the table automatically refreshes with matching results.
  4. Select Clear to clear the filter. The table now displays all entities in the group.
  5. In the Search bar, select the Filter button to open the Advanced Search.
  6. Use the attribute selectors to build custom filters. Apply one or more filters to refine your results and click Apply to update the table view.
The Members list now displays only those members that match the specified filter.
