Search Before Create lets you search for existing records across Veeva Vault CRM, Reltio Customer Tenant, and Reltio Data Tenant before creating a new record in Veeva Vault CRM. It supports common account search scenarios for healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and key opinion leaders. If a matching record exists in Reltio but not in Veeva Vault CRM, you can import it instead of creating a duplicate.
Data sources included in the search
Search Before Create checks the following record sources before a new account is created:
- Veeva Vault CRM
- Reltio Customer Tenant
- Reltio Data Tenant
The results display all possible matches, and each search result includes a match confidence score. Use this score to assess whether the result is a strong, likely, possible, or weak match before you take action. You can review the records before deciding whether to continue with an existing record or import a record from Reltio into Veeva Vault CRM.
