Reltio Professional Services (PS) has a host of offerings depending on your need, targeted to your outcomes and budget. Offerings include:
  • 90 Day MVP: A MVP utilizing the Reltio Way Delivery Methodology following a phased approach with a targeted scope and milestone. Reltio PS will enable customers on this methodology and how to deliver value early and often.

  • Expert Services: Recommended when a Customer is working with a Systems Integrator (SI) to deliver a Phase 1 or MVP. Reltio team will participate alongside the Customer and SI Partner to provide technical knowledge and best practice guidance during project execution.

  • Advisory Services: Available with limited office hours to provide guidance and answer questions from Customers and their SI Partner during an implementation. Recommended when a Customer is working with a certified SI Partner or is implementing post MVP and has strong Reltio implementation experience.

  • Data Governance Accelerator: This is an 8-week offering, with Reltio educating and guiding customers on the activities and processes needed to achieve the value realization of their use case.This offering provides a framework for organizations to follow with best practices and expertise in building a governance structure on Reltio.

  • Data Automation: Accelerate your data by integrating it real time. This offering is based on a 10-week delivery timeline, leveraging Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Automation of up to three sources and 2 additional sources for outbound integration.

  • Reltio 360 Assessment: Assess both your current implementation as well as your maturity leveraging this offering. Build your roadmap to take advantage of new features to achieve your business value.

  • Match Rule Tuning & Assistance: Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data unification with Match Tuning and Analysis and ML matching capabilities. Evaluate your current match rules, and get recommendations and prescriptive steps on how to improve matching and performance
