View AgentFlow usage and credit balance
Learn how to access the Usage Dashboard to monitor annual credit consumption and contract details.
This topic is intended for Data Product Owner and
System Administrator responsible for monitoring AgentFlow usage. For more information, see About roles.
Prerequisites
- You must be assigned the
ROLE_AGENT_BILLING.
Open the Usage Dashboard
- Log in to AgentFlow.
- In the lower-left corner, select your profile name.
- Select Usage Dashboard.
- If your organization has both subscription models active, select Customer Model or Reltio Model from the dropdown in the upper-right area of the dashboard to view entitlements and usage for that subscription.

Credit and usage information
The Usage Dashboard displays credit and usage information for the selected subscription model. If your organization has both subscription models active, the data updates when you switch between the Customer Model and the Reltio Model:
- Total Credits: Annual credits allocated at the start of the contract period
- Credits Used: Credits consumed to date
- Credits Remaining: Available credits
- Usage Percentage: Percentage of annual credits consumed
- Contract Period: Contract start and end dates
- Base Package usage: Per-agent credit consumption and usage percentage
- Tenant-level usage breakdown: Per-tenant credit consumption, purpose, and usage percentage

Result
You can monitor annual credit consumption and review Base Package and tenant-level usage against the 75%, 90%, and 100% thresholds.
Validation steps
- Confirm that Total Credits, Credits Used, and Credits Remaining appear on the dashboard.
- Verify that the usage percentage reflects your current annual credit consumption.
- Confirm that the Base Package and tenant-level usage data appear correctly.
