Run a Delete tenant data job

Learn how to run the Delete tenant data job.

You must have a role with access to the tenant and the appropriate permissions to delete data. For details, see topic Delete tenant data.

The Delete tenant data job runs only on development or test tenants. If you want to delete data from a production tenant, contact Reltio Customer Engineering for assistance (for further information, see topic Need some help?).

If you want to delete data in a development or testing tenant and replace it with new data, run the Delete tenant data job in the Console Tenant Management application.

You can run only one Delete tenant data job at a time. If you try to run another Delete tenant data job before the current job is completed, you receive a notification to either wait for the job to complete or stop that job to run a new Delete tenant data job.
