Assigning Roles to an Entity
You can assign roles to an entity.
After roles have been configured in your system, you can complete the following steps to
add or assign roles to an entity.
- Open the desired entity in the Profile view.
- Select Editing mode.
- Click the Roles field.
- Select the desired roles from the drop-down menu.Note: The Roles field displays all of the roles that have been configured for the selected entity type in your system. You can select multiple roles in this field.
