Global data refreshes

Country Rebuilds
- Brazil (BR): includes improved address AVC with new data supplier source.
- Malaysia (MY): Country rebuild to ingest more supplier building & organization information.
- Malta (MT): Country rebuild of Malta now includes sourced addresses.
- Singapore (SG): includes improvement to geographic accuracy.
- United Arab Emirates (AE): Country rebuild of United Arab Emirates to include POI data under Organization and Building fields.

- Addition of three new administrative areas:
- 1. Abay Oblast - Split from part of the East Kazakhstan
- 2. Ulitau Oblast - Split from part of the Karaganda
- 3. Zhetysu Oblast - Split from the Almaty Oblast
- Kazakhstan's capital has been renamed from Nur-Sultan back to its former name, Astana.
- The ISO 3166-2 code (enhance dataset) for entire administrative areas has been updated from KZ-AAA to KZ-NN
These countries have a new ISO 3166-2 code dataset field - AdministrativeAreaFullName: American Samoa (AS), Australia (AU), Brazil (BR), Canada (CA), Christmas Island (CX), Cocos (Keeling) Islands (CC), Guam (GU), Italy (IT), Marshall Islands (MH), Mexico (MX), Micronesia (Federated States of) (FM), Norfolk Island (NF), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), Switzerland (CH), United States (US), United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM), United States Virgin Islands (VI), Vatican City (VA), Venezuela (VE).
- Most of these countries used the full province name in the default administrative area field, while some used province codes. With the enhanced mode turned on, this new field provides additional information by including the full province names.
Geographic Data Hierarchy updates
- Argentina: Postcode list in a correct format – NNNN & ANNNNAAA
- Before (Postcode list includes format $NNNN|$ANNNN|ANNNNAAA) $1001|$1003|$C1001|$C1003|C1001AAS|C1001ABB|C1001ABC...
- After (Postcode list includes only format NNNN|ANNNNAAA) 1001|1003|C1001AAS|C1001ABB|C1001ABC...
- Brazil:
- PostalCode ‘11030-230’ is now under Locality ‘Santos’ only.
- Invalid PostalCode ‘28473-970’ is no longer in the data.
- Canada:
- Postal code 'T6X 1Y8' is now under Winnipeg and Edmonton Locality only.
- Locality 'London' is now under ON AdministrativeArea only.
- Around 77K Locality entries with incorrect postal code are removed.
- Great Britain: Fixed issue where Organization name Regus wasn't parsed into Organization field.
- Netherlands:
- Removed duplicate localities (e.g., Oudenhoorn, Biezenmortel, Haaren) that were unintentionally re-added by internal processes after being soft-deleted.
- Removed duplicate entries for postal codes (e.g., 9613 AG, 9613 AH) caused by issues in the geographic seed file.
- United States: PostalCode ‘13056’ is now under Locality ‘East Homer’ only.
Address parsing fixes
Countries with fixes in address parsing and validation:
- Argentina: Improved verification of Locality
- Australia: Thoroughfare type "Vw" has been corrected to "View"
- Brazil: Improved PostalCode verification
- Canada: Improved parsing of SubBuilding
- Canada (CA): Improved Thoroughfare verification
- Czech Republic: Corrected parsing of Premise
- Germany: Corrected address format
- Great Britain: Enhanced Geo Accuracy level
- India (IN): Administrative Area ISO2 code update
- Ireland (IE):
- Corrected PostalCode to long 7 digits postal code
- Improved output address formatting
- Improved verification result
- Japan (JP): Improved parsing for Thoroughfare
- Kazakhstan (KZ): Administrative Area ISO2 code update
- Netherlands: Added pattern to identify 40-3rd floor as a Premise
- New Zealand (NZ): Improved parsing for Locality
- Portugal (PT): Corrected Locality value from Vilar to Gondomar
- Spain: Improved parsing of streets
- United States:
- Improved parsing for Thoroughfare and ThoroughfareType and also the verification of Thoroughfare
- Improved parsing and verification of Premise and SubBuilding
API
Fixed cases for these countries:
- Austria, Switzerland, Germany, United States:
- Enhance Thoroughfare Typo Handling algorithm to better match with reference data records.
- All:
- Enhance pattern matching algorithm between user-input AdministrativeArea and reference data.
- Fix alias matching ("Apartment" with "Apt") issue during parsing process.
- Enhance the algorithm of string matching between user-input Locality with the reference data.
