RDM legacy URL deprecation – Aug 2027
Learn about the deprecation of legacy RDM URLs.
Legacy appspot.com URLs used in Reference Data Management (RDM) integrations will be decommissioned on August 31, 2027. Reltio is consolidating these endpoints onto your configured RDM production endpoint for API and UI access.
What are we deprecating?
We're retiring the legacy RDM URLs used by some RDM integrations. The following URLs will be deprecated and decommissioned:
https://api-dot-prod-155422.appspot.com/https://api-dot-prod-155422.ue.r.appspot.com/https://rdm-tasks-dot-prod-155422.ue.r.appspot.com/
These are older appspot.com endpoints that predate the current RDM production environment.
Why are we deprecating it?
As part of our ongoing improvements to Reltio Data Cloud, we periodically retire legacy endpoints and services. The legacy URLs are being consolidated into your configured RDM production endpoint, providing a single, consistent URL for both API and UI integrations.
When are we deprecating it?
Reltio will decommission the legacy appspot.com URLs listed above on August 31, 2027. After August 31, 2027, requests to these legacy URLs will fail. This change does not cause downtime. Your RDM tenant continues to operate through the configured production endpoint.
What does this mean to you?
This affects customers with an RDM tenant who still call the legacy appspot.com URLs directly.
- No impact to RDM functionality. Your tenant already runs in the current production environment.
- No downtime. RDM continues to operate normally through and after the transition.
- After August 31, 2027, any integration, API client, or script that still calls the deprecated URLs fails with an error.
What action do you need to take?
If your integrations use hardcoded appspot.com URLs, review all integrations, scripts, API clients, and internal documentation that reference these URLs. Replace each hardcoded appspot.com URL with the RDM production endpoint configured for your tenant.
You can find your RDM API endpoint in the provisioning email from Reltio, which lists the API and UI endpoints for your tenant.

We recommend completing this update well ahead of the August 31, 2027 deadline to avoid interruption to your integrations that use hardcoded appspot.com URLs.
