RIA Data Explorer deprecation – Apr 2026

RIA (Reltio Intelligent Assistant) is Reltio's genAI assistant. It has two distinct components: a documentation and configuration explorer, available to all users of the Reltio Context Intelligence Platform, and Data Explorer, available only to customers with Reltio Intelligent 360 entitlements.
What are we deprecating?
We're deprecating RIA Data Explorer, the component, in the Hub, that lets you explore and analyze your tenant data through conversational prompts.
Only the data exploration capability is deprecated. The RIA documentation and configuration explorer, in the Documentation Portal, is not deprecated and remains available to all platform users.
Why are we deprecating it?
Since the initial release of RIA, customer feedback and usage insights helped us better understand how you prefer to engage with AI in Reltio. We found that the next generation of AI assistance should:

Be more deeply embedded into day-to-day workflows across data management and analytics.

Offer richer contextual understanding of configurations and tenant metadata.

Support configurable, task-based automation rather than limited conversational guidance.
To meet these needs, we invested in Reltio AgentFlow, an extensible AI framework that delivers intelligence, automation, and flexibility beyond the scope of RIA. The Data Explorer agent in Reltio AgentFlow meets these requirements.
When are we deprecating it?
RIA Data Explorer reached end of support on April 24, 2026, with the 2026.1 release. The Data Explorer agent in Reltio AgentFlow became generally available on the same date.
What does this mean to you?
This affects customers with Reltio Intelligent 360 entitlements who used RIA Data Explorer.

RIA Data Explorer is no longer available in any tenant. Newly provisioned tenants don't include it.

RIA documentation and configuration exploration is unaffected and remains available to all platform users.

The Data Explorer agent in Reltio AgentFlow is available to all customers who previously had RIA Data Explorer.
What action do you need to take?

If you used RIA Data Explorer, adopt the Data Explorer agent in Reltio AgentFlow. For more information, see Data Explorer.

Contact your Reltio Customer Success Manager for guidance on migration and enablement.

No action is required to continue using RIA for documentation and configuration exploration.
