Share an AgentFlow conversation

Learn how to share a read-only AgentFlow conversation with other users in your tenant.

Sharing an AgentFlow conversation makes it easier to collaborate with other users in your tenant. You can create and send a shareable link that provides a read-only view of the conversation. This allows you to share the complete context of a conversation without relying on screenshots or copied messages.

A shared conversation link preserves the prompts, agent responses, and supporting context available at the time you create the link. This gives recipients a complete view of the conversation and reduces the risk of missing important information.

Important: A shared conversation link provides a read-only view of the conversation. Messages added later aren't included unless you update the conversation link. Recipients cannot modify or continue the shared conversation.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • You are signed in to Reltio AgentFlow.

  • All recipients are signed in to AgentFlow and have access to the same tenant.

To share a conversation
  1. Log in to AgentFlow.
  2. In the left navigation panel, select the conversation you want to share.
  3. Review the conversation carefully for private or sensitive data.

Do not share a conversation if it contains information the recipient shouldn't access.

  4. Select Share .
    A dialog box opens.
  5. Select Create Link and then select Copy link.
  6. Send the copied link to the required recipients.
On selecting the link, recipients see a read-only view of the conversation, including prompt messages, agent responses, supporting context, charts, and graphs.
To update the link of a shared conversation
  1. Select Share.
A dialog box opens displaying the existing link.
  2. Select Update link.
    AgentFlow updates the shared snapshot:
    • If new messages were added since the last share, AgentFlow generates a new link and disables the previous one.
    • If no new messages were added, AgentFlow returns the existing link.
Important: When a new link is generated, the previous link is disabled. Recipients must use the new link to access the updated snapshot.
  3. Select Copy link.
  4. Send the updated link to the required recipients.
The updated link provides recipients with a read-only view of the conversation. The conversation doesn't include messages or prompts added after you updated the link.
To disable the link of a shared conversation
  1. In the left navigation panel, identify the shared conversation.
  2. Hover over the required conversation tab and select More options.
  3. Select Block share link.
    A dialog box appears.
  4. Select Block.
The shared link is disabled. Recipients can no longer use the link to access the conversation.
Note: Deleting a shared conversation automatically disables its share link. Recipients can no longer access the conversation.
