Creating Unmapped Block during Lookup Creation
While creating lookups, you can create unmapped blocks when the information about canonical code is not available.
While creating lookups, you can create unmapped blocks when the information about canonical code is not available. Unmapped blocks are created in an unmapped drawer. When lookups without canonical code are uploaded to the RDM tenant, the automatically created unmapped data is displayed by the unmapped drawer.
A boolean parameter trackUnidentifiedLookups in RDM tenant configuration is introduced which is set to false.
If this parameter is set to true in the RDM tenant configuration, then lookups are created in the following ways:
- All lookups with the given canonical code are created in the usual manner.
- All lookups without the given canonical code are converted to unmapped values.
- Lookups without the canonical code are the same in response. These have the canonical code as RELTIO_UNMAPPED.
Lookup conversion
Conversion of lookup conversion works in the following manner:
- Each source mapping value in lookup is converted to one unmapped value.
- Each unmapped value contains all attributes from an original lookup value.
