Required Attributes
Required attributes are attributes that cannot be empty.
For attributes defined as required, upon saving a record on a profile, Hub will verify that there is a value (which must then become an OV). If there is no value from any source specified for a required attribute, Hub will prevent the profile from saving. On attempting to save changes, you will see the required fields marked with red highlights:
Note: Required attributes in Desktop UI are supported only in the Read/Edit modes, not
in the Common mode. For more information about profile view modes, refer to the Profiles section.
Note: Required attributes is a UI feature. Note that during data load required attributes
are not validated by Reltio platform API.
