Learn how to configure source crosswalks in entities and relationships.

Reltio Connected Cloud supports the use of multiple data sources for a given entity attribute. To track these data sources, each attribute also uses a crosswalk. A crosswalk is a unique identifier, similar to a primary key in a relational database.

• Data providers supply attribute values for an object and the attributes are associated to the crosswalk.
• Non-Data Providers are associated with the overall entity (or relationship). In this case, it is simply used to link a Reltio object with an object in another system. (supplied attributes will NOT be associated to this crosswalk).

The Sources perspective on the Profile page displays the source for every attribute of an entity along with the crosswalk ID.
