Get started with external queues

Learn how to create, edit, delete, and monitor external queues for your tenant with external queues.

If you’re a Solution Architect, Professional Service engineer, Business User, or System Admin and use the mastered data at Reltio, then this is the topic for you. Let’s look at how the user can receive the mastered data from Reltio for all the applications. You can use this as an alternative to the data export feature.

To access the External queues page:

  1. From the Applications menu, select Console application. For more information, see topic Console.

  2. From the Tenant Management section, select the Tenant Management application.
  3. At the top of the page, from the Select tenant drop-down menu, select the tenant you want to work with. For more information, see topic Selecting a tenant.
  4. On the left navigation bar, select External queues.

You use these key sections in the external queues page to determine the data to display the page:

Select tenant:
A drop-down menu at the top of the Console page that provides a list of available tenants. For more information, see topic Selecting a Tenant.
Navigation Pane
The pane that displays the different menus that you can view in tenant management:
  • Statistics: Select this menu to monitor your tenant. For more information, see topic Statistics.
  • Match analysis: Select this menu to analyze the match rules used in your tenant. For more information, see topic Match Analysis.
  • Queues: Select this menu to monitor the internal queues used in Reltio. For more information, see topic Monitoring Queues.
  • Jobs: Select this menu to create a job that you can use to manage your tenant’s data.
  • External queues: Select this menu to manage data between Reltio and an external queue. For more information, see topic Manage external queues.
Title bar:
The bar across the top of the external queues page displays the following buttons:
  • ADD CONFIGURATION: Select this button to add an external queue configuration. For more information, see topic Add an external queue configuration.
  • MONITOR QUEUES: Select this button to monitor an existing queue configuration. For more information, see topic Monitoring Queues.
Configurations Area

The area below the title bar and on the right of the navigation pane that displays the external queue data. For more information, see topic Manage external queues.
