Learn how to create a GCP project.

1. In the Google Cloud console, select Manage resources.
2. In the Manage resources page, select the More actions icon.
3. Select CREATE PROJECT.
4. Note: The project ID appears below the project name. Select EDIT to change the project ID.
   In the New Project page, provide the following details for your project:
   1. Project name: Enter the project name. For example, PM-DPH-Project-Test-JSU-3.
   2. Organization: Enter the parent organization. For example, reltio.com. You can also choose No organization from the drop-down menu to create your new project as the top level of its own resource hierarchy.
   3. Location: Select BROWSE to choose a folder resource. For example, reltio.com. This is the hierarchical parent of the new project.
5. Select CREATE.
