Learn how to map file columns to member attributes before data load.

To map file columns to members you must have previously loaded a file. For more information, see topic Load interactions into a tenant.

Let's define a mapping between file columns and members, before loading interactions. Member mapping is only available when loading interactions.

On the right-side panel select the Members tab.
Select the member you want to map.
A list appears with three parameters: Type, Value, and Source table.
Select a column header that you want to map and select the required parameter from the panel on the right.

Note: You must always map the parameter Type of a specific member if you need to map the parameters Value or Source table for the same member. If you try to select Continue without this condition met, an error will appear and you won't be able to proceed.
