Data Security
Reltio Integration Hub runs on the AWS infrastructure and uses industry best practices to secure the data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Data passed on to the recipe job is retained on the Reltio Integration Hub platform for a variable period of time and can be configured as part of the subscription plan or on a customer account basis. This data is used for insights on the dashboard, troubleshooting, and repeating jobs if required. The retention period can vary from an hour to up to 90 days.
Important: All data over the retention period is permanently deleted.
The following data is retained:
- Trigger event data
- Job history (ID, description, status)
- Job history details with data input/output for each step
