Enabling Call Logging at Salesforce Profile Level

You can enable logging of request and response calls for your tenant profiles in the Salesforce connector.

Customers, Partners, or Reltio Professional services team can enable logging for a Salesforce profile, if it is not enabled on the Salesforce Connector. The setting at profile level is ignored if logging is enabled in the Salesforce Connector maintained by Reltio.

You can set call logging for Salesforce and Reltio requests and responses. You must have the following roles to enable logging at the Salesforce profile level:
  • ROLE_SFDC_CONNECTOR

You can view the logs by using the Salesforce Connector Monitoring API.
