Reltio plans to retire the internal API service used to log into the tenant.
What are we deprecating?
We're deprecating the POST /services/oauth/token API service, which some customers use to authenticate their integration services and processes.
Why are we deprecating it?
The API service, intended for Reltio Internal Services, was designed for the classic UI. Now that we've deprecated the Classic UI, we're also saying goodbye to this service.
When are we deprecating it?
We're deprecating the service on October 16, 2023, as part of our 2023.3 GA release.
What does this mean to you?
You will no longer be able to use this authentication service for any script or integration process.
What action do you need to take?
Switch your login endpoints to use the https://auth.reltio.com/oauth/token service before the deprecation date. For more information about this service, see topic Obtaining an Access Token with Password Grant Type.
