View existing product ideas

Learn how to search, sort, and filter product improvement suggestions in the Reltio Ideas Portal.

The Reltio Ideas Portal requires separate sign-in credentials from your Reltio Connected Data Platform account. For more information, see topic Get started with the Reltio Ideas Portal.
The Reltio Ideas Portal is brimming with bright ideas from our engaged users! Intriguing as it would be to investigate the full inventory of ideas, you probably don't have enough hours in your busy day. Search, sort, or filter product improvement suggestions in the All ideas page to take a quick peek around or find a specific idea among the total number shown on the top right.
To view previously submitted ideas in the All ideas page:
  1. Sign into the Reltio Ideas Portal (for more information, see topic Get started with the Reltio Ideas Portal).
  2. For each idea, view the following details:
    Vote count and button

    The number of votes for the requested feature. For more information, see topic Vote and comment on product ideas.

    Idea summary
    A one-sentence summary of the idea for a new feature.
    Problem description
    A brief explanation of the problem the enhancement feature would resolve.
    Details link
    A link to the enhancement request raised for this idea.
    • Creation date: The date this idea was submitted.

    • Category: The category this idea was submitted under.

    • Comments: The number of and link to any comments added to the submitted idea in the enhancement request.

    • Status: The color-coded status of this submitted idea.

  3. In the Search all ideas field on the top left of the page, enter text for a specific idea you're looking for and then press Enter.
  4. In the left panel, select a facet to filter the displayed ideas (the number of ideas is shown for each facet):
    • My ideas: Any ideas you have submitted. For more information, see topic Create and share a product idea.

    • My votes: Any ideas from other users you have voted on.

    • Filter by Category: A specific category or sub category, for example:
      • API

      • Cleanse

      • Connectors

      • Data Quality

      • Match

      • Workflow

      The currently applied facet is displayed at the top of the page. The Filter by Category facet shows results only within My ideas or My votes if you first selected one of these facets.

      Click the x on a selected facet to clear it.

  5. From the Sort by menu on the top right of the page, select the way you'd like to sort the entries displayed in the page:
    • Recent: Order by newest.

    • Trending: Order by date of votes{what?} This is the default.

    • Popular: Order by the number of votes {and comments?}.

  6. From the Filter by status menu on the top right of the page, select the status of the entries you'd like to view in the page (the number of ideas is displayed for each status):
    • Open: The requested feature has not yet been reviewed; awaiting more customer votes to support the idea before making a decision.

    • Already exists: The requested feature already is available in the product.

    • Planned: The requested feature is planned for the next release

    • Review in progress: The idea is being researched to determine the best way to address the requested feature. Depending on the complexity, it may remain this status for some time before being moved to another status.

    • Future consideration: The requested feature will not be implemented immediately but will be considered for inclusion in one of the next 3 release cycles. This status is hidden by default.

    • Shipped: The requested feature has been released. This status is hidden by default.

    • Archived: The requested feature is not in the product roadmap for the foreseeable future. In the event the roadmap scope changes and the idea is covered, the status will be updated at that time.

  7. In the displayed Search results page, scroll down through the list of ideas that match any applied facets or filters. For a large volume of results, use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to go to the First, Prev, Next, Last, or a specific results page.
  8. Select an idea to view the full enhancement request.
