Get Total Active Tasks Count
Get the total count of tasks for all tenants.
Returns the total count of tasks for all tenants with the following statuses:
SCHEDULED, PROCESSING,
PAUSING, PAUSED, CANCELING,
WAITING_FOR_RESOURCE.
Note: Available to Admin or the Tenant's Admin.
