Dependencies for Principal & Contacts enrichment

To enrich records with Principal & Contacts, at least one of the following D&B Data Blocks must be enabled:

• Company Info
• Hierarchy Connections
• Diversity Insights

If only the Principal Contacts and Hierarchy Data Blocks are enabled, but hierarchy data is not available from D&B, an error message is logged: Hierarchy is unavailable for these records; Principal contacts won't be created.

If all required Data Blocks are present, Principal Contacts are enriched even if hierarchy details are missing.

Attribute limits

D&B responses may contain more values than can be stored in a Reltio attribute. Reltio supports a maximum of 50 values per attribute. If D&B returns more than 50 values, only the first 50 are loaded.

Data Provider hierarchy requirement

The Data Provider Hierarchy attribute requires Company Info or Diversity Insights and Hierarchy Connections Data Blocks to be present. Without hierarchy data, the attribute is not populated.

Potential match detection

When a Potential Match record is created during enrichment, it is identified by a match rule based on the Exact(entityURI) criterion. The Potential Match record has the same entityURI as the source record. This match rule is flagged with ovFalse, ensuring it is detected during the matching process.
