Learn how to use RIH recipes to push updates from Collibra to Reltio.

Before running Collibra to Reltio recipes, first run the Reltio to Collibra recipes. The Reltio to Collibra sync creates Reltio objects as assets in Collibra. This recipe fetches the latest description from the assets in Collibra and updates it in the description field of object types in Reltio. Ideally, you would need to create workflows in Collibra to sync your Business Glossary definitions to Reltio objects within Collibra. Once the workflow executes and updates the descriptions in Collibra, Collibra to Reltio recipe can then pick the latest descriptions from Collibra and update in Reltio.

Let's cover the usage of the Collibra to Reltio recipe. This recipe is deployed to the Integration Hub > Recipes > Reltio Solution Templates > Collibra > Recipes > Collibra to Reltio folder:

Here is the typical usage scenario:

Schedule Collibra Reverse | Main

The recipe is scheduled to run on the 1st of every month. If you Start the recipe, it will auto sync the assets' descriptions from Collibra to Reltio on the 1st of every month.
Run on Demand

If you do not wish to run the recipe every month but only run it on demand whenever the metadata is updated in Collibra, then keep the recipe stopped and use the Test Recipe feature to run the sync on demand.
