- Holiday release freeze
-
We understand you expect very high availability and trouble free operations during the Q4 peak period, which for 2024-2025 has been identified as November 18 through January 6, 2026 (inclusive). To support you during this crucial period we are making the following operational changes:
- We've evaluated all major change activities during this period and assessed them for impact. We'll make no major changes at the application or the infrastructure layer during this window for our retail customers.
- We'll pause weekly releases for all customers during the following weeks:
- November 18, 2024 - December 2, 2024
- December 23, 2024 - January 6, 2025
- We continue to proactively monitor the Reltio systems to ensure availability and performance are uninterrupted.
- We'll provide Emergency Bug Fixes for extremely urgent issues for which no workaround is possible or in case a service is unavailable.
Contact your Reltio Customer Success Manager (CSM) to address any questions you have regarding our support during the upcoming holiday season.
- Mulesoft connector supports Mule runtime engine 4.6.0 and Java 17
- The latest Mulesoft connector (2.5.0) now supports Mule Runtime Engine 4.6.0 and Java 17. This upgrade enhances performance, security, and API capabilities, aligning with third-party vendor updates that phase out Java 8. While there's no immediate impact on existing applications, we recommend you begin upgrading to Java 17 to ensure compatibility with integration apps, connectors, and API proxies dependent on Java. For more details, see topic Upgrade Java for the Mulesoft connector.
