- 2024.2 here we come!
Our Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams have been busy wrapping up new features for the upcoming major release. We have all the details in the Preview release notes.
- Generate events for Salesforce mapping changes
-
Reltio Integration for Salesforce synchronizes entity data between Salesforce and the Reltio platform. Previously, each change to a mapped Salesforce object triggered a entity sync to Reltio, regardless of whether this change contained a field mapped in the Salesforce Profile. With the use of the new checkFieldsChanged parameter, only changes that contain mapped fields trigger a full entity synchronization to Reltio. For more information, see topic Configure your Salesforce Connector Profile.
- Got Pinned or Ignored Data? Our new Filters for Get Entity and Relation APIs can help
-
Have you ever needed to quickly identify which of your entities or relationships were marked as
Pinned
orIgnored
? We've got great news! In our latest update to the Get Entity and Relation, we introduced filtering to let you easily search for records withPinned
orIgnored
attributes. This addresses the previous lack of direct search capabilities for these specific attribute states. For more information, see topics Filtering Entities and Relations Filtering. - Data Change Request reviewers apply!
-
Before, to approve or reject a data change request (DCR), users had to have privileges over the objects in the DCR. Now, you can set up users with a reduced set of privileges to handle DCRs. The users won't have direct control over the objects in the DCR, just permission to approve or reject DCRs. For more information, see topic Apply DCR without object permissions.

- Load data icon for complex saved and recent searches
- In the Hub Saved & Recent Searches page and the Saved searches chart in the Profile stats page, the Number of profiles column previously displayed the number of results associated with each search query. This required all saved or recent search queries to be executed before any of these results could be displayed. This could be resource-intensive for queries with large data volumes or complex filters, potentially impacting other processes also running in the tenant. We implemented additional checks to identify such complex search queries before retrieving results and displaying their counts details. To enable these checks you must add an entry to the com.reltio.plugins.ui.json file. The Number of profiles column then displays a Load data icon instead of the actual profile counts for such complex searches. Click this icon to execute the search query and obtain its profile count. For more information, see topics Working with Saved and Recent Searches and Configuring Dashboards.
- Potential matches and relevance-based match scores in Reltio Data Pipeline for GBQ
- The Reltio Data Pipeline for GBQ previously synchronized only entity data in the matches dataset. The pipeline now also synchronizes potential matches and relevance-based match scores, offering complete insight into relevance-based match rules. For more information, see topic Matches dataset for the JSON data schema.

- Unify, manage, and mobilize trusted, interoperable data in real time
-
We're evolving our capabilities beyond master data management into data unification and management. Our new Reltio Connected Data Platform product lines for Reltio Entity Resolution, Reltio Multidomain Master Data Management (MDM), and Reltio 360 Data Products, enable you to focus on data outcomes, increase efficiency, manage risk, and drive growth.
- Reltio Entity Resolution
- Our Reltio Entity Resolution (Reltio ER) offering uniquely identifies and resolves entities. Simply upload your entity data and let Reltio ER's pretrained machine learning (ML) models detect duplicates, match and merge records, and assign a Universal ID to each merged record to give you a unified and accurate view of data. Export merged data to ensure consistent and reliable data across all platforms for improved decision-making and strategic planning.
Reltio Entity Resolution for Individual lets you unify entity data like customers, vendors, and employees.
For more information, see topic Get to know Reltio Entity Resolution (Reltio ER).
- Reltio Multidomain Master Data Management
- Reltio Multidomain MDM includes all capabilities of Reltio Entity Resolution, as well as dynamic survivorship, reference data, built-in integration, data quality, and relationship views. Reltio Multidomain MDM is where you unify, cleanse, enrich, and share data.
For more information, see topic Get to know Reltio Connected Data Platform.
- Reltio 360 Data Products
Reltio 360 Data Products provides governed, standardized datasets for entity data that encompass entities, relationships, interactions, and transaction data that you can integrate with data from various sources, enrich with third-party data, and mobilize across systems.
Reltio 360 Customer Data Product provides a comprehensive view of your customer datasets.

- Authentication API
- To improve the security, availability, and efficiency of the Reltio Connected Data Platform, we're deprecating the Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) format for access tokens with an expiration of 60 minutes or less. You only need to take action if you're using the Reltio API with a custom-coded parser to read the current token from the authentication request. For more information, see topic UUID format for ≤60-minute authentication tokens - Apr 2024.

- D&B Batch Enrichment
- The Match within the D&B Batch Enrichment returned an invalid structure error when it couldn't match entities that were missing target URIs. We now ensure that the API uses the D&B DUNS number to match records when the URI is missing, so that potential matches are correctly displayed in the Profile view. For more information, see topic Create D&B Batch Job.
- Cleanse
-
The address cleanser previously didn't return the ResultStrings and DPV Footnotes fields. To help you identify reasons for unverified or partially verified addresses and correct/improve the data you send to cleanser, the address cleanser now returns these fields. For information, see topic Address cleansing status fields.
Before After - Grouping
-
In the Console Data Modeler, you could select subattributes in Grouping Types, which the system couldn't automatically match. Now when you create or edit Grouping Types, you can select only primary attributes. For more information, see topic Create grouping type configurations.

- Validation errors
- The keyAttributeURIs attribute was a subset of the matchFieldURIs attribute, which prevented you from using these parameters separately. We made these parameters independent, so now you can have different attributes in matchField and keyAttribute configuration. For more details, see topics Nested Attributes and keyAttributesURI options.
