Learn how to use Reltio Intelligent Assistant (RIA) for Reltio Customer 360 in the Reltio Data Cloud

Ask RIA!
You can access RIA for Reltio 360 DP every time you log into Reltio Hub or by selecting the button RIA on the left navigation panel of the Hub.
Here, you'll find a search bar at the center of the page, displaying the message "Explore Reltio and your data. Let's chat..." to guide your queries.
You'll see four default prompts on the landing page, located below the search bar. These prompts are designed to provide accurate responses to your queries to help you get started with RIA.
Submit a query by typing a question, and selecting either the Enter button or the arrow icon to the right of the search bar.
After submitting a query, the search bar refreshes and moves to the bottom of the screen.
Your query and its corresponding answer appear above the search bar. The responses RIA gives you display the fields that you mention in the your queries as a table.
You can continue to ask more questions, and a log of your previous queries is displayed in a window with a scroll bar.
Ask follow-up questions and RIA provides contextual responses according to the ongoing conversation.
Conversation history
Your conversation history appears as a list of threads on the left side of the page.
These threads are divided chronologically, with sections created or updated on the current day, in the last 30 days or in the month prior to those 30 days. By default, the name of the thread is the first question you asked RIA. To rename or delete the thread, hover your mouse on top of the name and select the option icon on the right. Select Rename and edit the name field of the thread or select Delete to delete the thread.
To start a new thread, hover over the RIA icon next to the search bar on the bottom of the page, and select the New thread button. The queries from your current thread are moved to the history panel on the left.
Feedback mechanism
Provide feedback on the responses RIA gives you. Hover over a response and you will see two icons:
An icon with thumbs up, for positive feedback, if the response is helpful. | |
An icon with thumbs down, for negative feedback, if the response isn't satisfactory. |
The icons disappear if you move your mouse away from the response. If you selected the thumbs up or the thumbs down icons these remain visible. For the latest response, the icons are always visible as well.
Security measures
Reltio values the integrity of your data. We take security measures seriously.
RIA uses a third-party Large Language Model (LLM), which uses your query and tenant metadata configuration and information to generate a search filter. The LLM will not access or use your tenant data for training the model after the response is complete.
RIA preserves your queries for analytics and future performance and feature improvements.
