Learn how Reltio Observability Hub™ gives you real-time insights into tenant performance, system usage, data consistency, and operational queues.
The Reltio Observability Hub is a self-service monitoring capability that provides real-time and historical insights into the performance, usage, and operational state of your Reltio tenant. It offers prebuilt dashboards and access to APIs for integration with external observability tools. The dashboards are available through a Grafana instance hosted by Reltio or can be integrated with your own observability stack.
You can use the Observability Hub to visualize key performance indicators such as API latency, error rates, job queues, and storage consumption. These insights help you detect anomalies, track service-level trends, and monitor the health of your Reltio environment over time.

You can use the Observability Hub to:
- Identify spikes in latency, error rates, or job failures
- Reduce resolution time during service degradation or outages
- Track usage against service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor consumption to prevent storage or API overages
- Send platform metrics to your existing observability tools using telemetry APIs or webhooks

How to activate the Observability Hub
To enable the Observability Hub for your tenant, follow these activation steps:
- Submit a provisioning request through our sales representative or Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The product team reviews the request. Once approved, the product team schedules an activation window.
- Provide access details and complete onboarding.
- You can provide up to three user email addresses for SSO mapping.
- SSO is configured for those users to allow login through the customer's identity provider.
- After setup, your users receive onboarding material and a walkthrough of the available dashboards.
- To enable alerts on specific dashboard panels, submit a support ticket through the Reltio support portal.
- To access Observability Hub metrics via API for use in your own monitoring tools, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
