Attention: This feature is available to limited users through the Reltio Early Access (EA) program. Interested in finding out more about this feature or participating in our EA program? Get details in topic Early Access (EA) features.

Prerequisites

You must have access to Bulk Match review in the Hub.

The attributes used for filtering must be marked as "faceted": true in your tenant configuration. For more information, see Adding Default Faceted Attributes.

The quick filters panel allows you to filter match results by selecting attribute values. Filters are applied instantly and remain saved across sessions. For more information, see Quick filters panel in Bulk match review.
To apply filters:
  1. Select the Bulk Match from the left-side panel in the Hub.

  2. In the left-side panel, select one or more values from Entity types. The results update automatically on the right-side panel.

  3. Select ADVANCED SEARCH to specify your filtering requirements.
    1. In the Advanced search page, select or enter the filtering attributes as applicable.

For example, you can search using the entity ID, crosswalk attributes, potential matches or audit attributes.

    2. Optional: Use the Apply to both profiles checkbox to control how the filter is applied.

      • When checked (default), both profiles in the match pair must meet the attribute condition.
      • When unchecked, only the leading profile must meet the condition.
    3. Select APPLY to create the search filter.

To clear filters, deselect values or use the clear option at the top of the panel.

Result

The match results are filtered based on the selected values. Your last filters are saved and applied automatically the next time you return to the page.

Tip: After you're done using the quick filters to narrow your results, collapse the panel to expand your workspace and view more profile match details side by side.
