View data sharing activity

Learn how to view the data volume processed and messages sent for a data share in Reltio Console.

Monitor your data shares to review that data is shared with your cloud data warehouse. Each data share has its own Monitoring page, where you can see the volume of data processed for that data share and the messages processed across all of your data shares and data pipelines in your Reltio tenant.

To view data sharing activity for a data share

In the Reltio Console, go to Data Sharing > Data Share.
Navigate to the data share you want to review.
Click Monitor.

The Monitoring page displays for the data share.
From the Time range list, select the period to report on; for example, Last 1 week.
Review the two summary totals and two graphs on the Monitoring page.
- Total data volume processed: The data volume processed for the selected data share.
- Total messages sent: The count of messages processed across all outbound data shares and data pipelines.
- Data volume processed: A graph of the data volume for the selected data share over the selected time range, which indicates the health of the data share and the volume of data it shared.
- Messages sent (all outbound data shares and data pipelines): A graph of the messages processed across all outbound data shares and data pipelines, independent of the selected data share.
