Credential expiry alerts for Reltio Data Pipelines

Learn about email and in-app notifications for expired or invalid Data Pipeline credentials.

Reltio Data Pipelines use credentials configured during setup to connect to Databricks, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery and export tenant data. These credentials may expire, be rotated, or otherwise become invalid. When a credential is no longer valid, the affected pipeline cannot export data to its destination.

Reltio retries the write or authentication when the destination rejects the configured credential. After three failed attempts, Reltio sends email and in-app notifications to the configured recipients, then disables the affected Data Pipeline. The notifications identify the affected tenant and Data Pipeline, explain the credential failure, and provide recovery actions.

Configure notification recipients

Credential-failure notifications do not have default recipients. To receive these notifications, configure recipients in Console > Configuration > Notification Management.

In Notification services, select the Edit icon for the notification service you want to update, then choose recipients in Who will receive the notification.

Update credentials and re-enable a disabled Data Pipeline

When a Data Pipeline is disabled, tenant data is not exported to the destination. To restore data delivery, first update the expired, rotated, or invalid credential. Then follow Update credentials and re-enable a disabled Data Pipeline to validate the updated credential, re-enable the Data Pipeline, and synchronize missed tenant data.
