Download exported files
Learn how to download exported entity and relationship files.
After you Export entities and relationships from the Console, download them from Reltio to your local machine from the Console as described in this topic. Alternatively, you can download them using the Export Service APIs.
Note: Entity or relationship attributes that don't contain any values aren't included in the exported files. This is the expected behavior.
When you export files, Reltio sends an email with a direct link to view exported files. This topic explains how to navigate to the files if you don't have the email.
To download exported files from the Console:
- From , select the Completed tab.
- In the list of Completed export jobs, hover your mouse pointer over the row for the desired job and select the displayed View exported files option.
- In the Details panel, use Previous and Next to navigate to the desired job (if necessary) and select the View exported files button.
- In the Export of <job-name> page, view the list of exported files. Note: This is the page the email link opens.
- In the Exported files list, select the checkbox for files you want to download and then select the displayed Download selected files button.
